WARNI11 PLAYERS CAN BE ON A LINEUP CARD, INCLUDING, DH, DESIGNATED HITTER, EH, EXTRA HITTER, P, PITCHER AND ALL SUBSTITUTIONS , AND PLAYER, NAME, NUMBER & POSITION SHOULD BE ON THE LINEUP CARD

COED TEAMS, MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 GIRLS IN THE BATTING LINEUP, AND ON THE THE FIELD, AND IN THE BATTING ORDER, AND THEY MUST HAVE A

GIRL BATTING 3RD, 6TH, AND 9TH IN THE BATTING ORDER

IF A TEAM ONLY HAS 2 GIRLS AT THE GAME, THEN A TEAM CAN ONLY PLAY WITH 9 PLAYERS IN THE TEAM LINEUP AND ON THE FIELD,

AND THE 10TH BATTER WILL BE AN OUT. AND NO DH, OR EH CAN BE USED

IF A TEAM HAS ONLY 1 GIRL , THE COEDTEAM HAS FORFEITED THAT DAY

1) In the Coed League, Three (3) women must be in a game and batting rotation at all times. The batting order must have a woman battiing 3rd, 6th, and 9th in the LINEUP order to start the game, as long as there are 3 women in the game., If there are only 2 Women in the LINEUP, ONLY 9 PLAYERS CAN TAKE THE FIELD AND BE IN THE LINEUP AND THE 10TH BATTER will be marked as an out, everytime the lineup, goes around Managers can not pinch hit men for women, but a women can bat or run for a man, A pitcher cannot deliver intentional walks to men to get to the next women batter, if the man receives a walk in front of a women batter, she automatically will be awarded first base, (considered a walk) right behind him. If only 2 women start a game they may be allowed to start a game, but then, only nine players may play, and no DH or EH., and the 10th batter will be ruled an out. If only one woman at the game in the line-up, game will be ruled a forfeit.

ALL PLAYERS THAT ARE GOING TO BE IN THE GAME or ENTER THE GAME MUST BE ON THE LINEUP CARD, ( EVEN SUBSTITUONS) AND HANDED TO THE UMPIRE, ONCE A LINEUP CARD HAS BEEN ADDED IN TO THE UMPIRE, IT IS OFFICIAL, AND NO PLAYER CAN ENTER THAT GAME, EVEN IF THEY ARE ON THE TEAM ROSTER,

FYI " PUT SUBSTITUONS ON LINEUP CARD OR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE GAME

Designated Hitter (DH): The Designated Hitter is optional; he may be used for any player who is playing in the field, but will not be hitting in the line-up. The DH can only enter the game as a fielder, if the position player he is hitting for is totally removed from the game, and then there is no DH, for that teams line-up. In Coed League a man can only (DH) hit, for another man, a woman can (DH) hit for anyone. The umpire must be told at the beginning of game if the DH will be used. (EMS League Rule). 

Extra Hitter (EH): The Extra Hitter is optional; he may hit and can replace anyone in the field and they become the EH Defensive positions may change, but the batting order must remain the same.

REENTRY RULE: " ANY and All of "THE STARTING FIELDERS ONLY" may be replaced for a REENTRY player, but for it to be REENTRY the substitute must play (1) full inning on the field and 3 outs in the Dugout , If they do not do that it is just a Regular Substituon. THE DH cannot have a reentry rule, he is not a fielder

Courtesy Runners, (2) PLAYERS are allowed to have Courtesy runners throughout  the whole game for " THE LAST BATTED OUT" , only, NOT A FORCED OUT, If the wrong Courtesy Runner takes the base (ILLEGAL ENTRY) , the player will be ruled as an Out, " not a forfeited Game  and if the courtesy runner once on base cannot have another courtesy runner if they are schedule to come up to bat in that inning, then that courtesy runner on base will be rule out.

ILLEGAL ENTRY , The opposing Team must appeal the wrong courtesy runner, before the next pitch is thrown by the oppsing team

IN EXTRA INNINGS , THE LAST BATTED OUT from the previous inning)

in BOTH LEAGUES (MODIFIED or COED) ,

WILL START THE INNING ON 2ND BASE FOR BOTH TEAMS (INTERNATIONAL RULE)

(In the Coed League a Man can only replace another man as a substitute, but a WOMAN can replace ANYONE, (MAN or WOMAN) in the LINEUP or on the field
